Running Bison in Grand Teton National Park
When most people think of bison without really observing them much, they think of a large animal that doesn’t really have the power in its legs to move such a heavy body very quickly. However bison are actually quite agile and not only run frequently, but have been known to take many tourists by surprise by charging them when they shouldn’t be so close.
