Black Bear Sow and Cubs Sniffing for Berries and Trip Update
This, unfortunately, isn’t from my current road trip, but another from the black bear series along Moose-Wilson Road in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. I’m currently in Eugene, Oregon and wanted to post something, but haven’t been able to get any photos off of my memory card just yet since I’m at my aunt’s and not exactly accustomed to her setup. So I thought another bear photo, this time of a sow and cubs eating river hawthorn berries, would be fun enough. My next post won’t come until the earliest when I get to San Francisco in a little less than a week. Along the way I’ll be seeing the Oregon Coast, Redwoods National Park and Mount Lassen National Park. On a more exciting note, I discovered that just because the fall colors had ended in Jackson Hole, it doesn’t mean they’ve ended anywhere else! So I was able to get some great fall shots in the mountains in Central Oregon. Stay tuned!
