I got my tear sheets this week of my photo of a bull moose on the new Grand Teton National Park bike path published in National Geographic Traveler! It’s definitely a great honor to be published by such a highly regarded company. The Grand Teton National Park bike path currently goes from Moose, Wyoming, near the park’s Visitor Center, up north to Jenny Lake. Over the next 10 years, another 40 miles of the path is expected to be added. From what I’ve gathered, when it’s finished it’s going to extend from the Fish Hatchery in the National Elk Refuge (just south of the park) all the way up to Signal Mountain Lodge. It’s an extraordinarily scenic ride that much of is missed if you’re driving in your car. Plus there’s obviously a chance to see some wildlife along the way. Along the route I’ve seen moose, pronghorn, elk and deer. I’m sure there’s plenty more that you could see too.
