Bison in Wildflowers in Grand Teton National Park

A bison wanders through mules-ear wildflowers in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.

As usual, I’ve been heading out to the Gros Ventre Campground to check up on the owlets that are there. Many times though it’s naptime which leads me to venture elsewhere. With mules-ear wildflowers in full bloom (among many others), the landscapes around here are definitely becoming scenic. Add to that a bison roaming in the middle of a field of mules-ear wildflowers and you’ve got a scene something like this at Antelope Flats. In the background is Jackson Peak.
