610 has been seen regularly with her cubs, all of them looking very happy and healthy. Unfortunately, 399 has not reunited with her cubs yet, and given the time that's passed, they may not do so at this point, but only time will tell.

Thank you for the comment!

Sorry to hear about all your troubles, but I can completely relate! It's amazing that they're still in business. Thank you for sharing your experience! Sounds similar to the nightmare I had.

I too have had issues with Consumer Priority Services (CPS) over the last 2 weeks. I purchased an LG 50 inch plasma television 4 years ago. With that purchase I also purchased the 5 year in-home service/replacement warranty for 350.00 from CPS which the store offered me. Approx. two weeks ago, my tv started to show a distinct bluish/purple line diagonal through the middle of the screen from top to bottom. I immediately called CPS with the feeling of relief that I had this extended warranty service. I waited 2 days and finally received an email to send them a copy of my receipt reflecting not only the tv purchase price, but also the purchase of their warranty, which I did. I then received an email that I had to put my credit card info up. I called them asking them why.....they replied in case of water damage. I told them I was not giving them my credit card info, as I take care of my 1200.00 investment!! They agreed to waive that part. So after numerous back and forth emails and telephone conversations, they finally wanted to give me a 400.00 refurbished tv from Sears. They could not understand why I would not want a refurbished tv as the one I have now is 4 years old!! I told them that it wasn't 4 years old when i bought it with their extended warranty service. Then they offered to mail me a brand new tv to my home and could not understand why I didn't want to go with that option either. I responded that because of the fact that they have not been forthright with me thus far, what would lead me to believe that the tv was even new. Finally, and only after the store where I bought the tv originally interceded did I get anywhere. The store called the LG company who agreed to come down on the wholesale price of the replacement model of the tv, and cps agreed to bump up the value they would pay me. The agreed on 650.00 as the final offer on a 1200.00 tv. So if it not have been for my store manager helping out and getting involved, I probably would have ended up with some refurbished piece of junk from Sears........very disappointed with cps and would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!!! What a nightmare!!!

With a newer camera I got I went with Mack. I've heard much better things about them, so while I haven't dealt with them yet, I've heard good things about them.

My pleasure, Angelique! Glad it helped out. The 7D is a great camera, but the 60D is nothing to settle for, for sure. It's also a great camera and will definitely help out when the auroras come back down.

Thank you for the comment!

Great information that is very helpful in many ways!!!
I recently tried to capture the auroras only to find my camera just wouldn't let me have enough manual control over ISO and F-stop. Although the 7D is my absolute dream camera it is a little over of my budget so I settled for ordering a 60D this week and am hoping it will do the trick the next time the auroras head down towards Cheyenne......
Also want to thank you for the explanation on the histogram - that is the first time I have been able to truly undersand what it is telling me and where the readings should be :)
